Develop an understanding of KPMG Audit Methodology (KAM) and all applications on the KPMG network while delivering error-free audit work within due dates. Estimate time to complete audit requests and allocate tasks appropriately to dedicated team members. Review audit deliverables per KAM standards and coach peers and juniors on work assignments and methodology questions. Maintain appropriate communications with engagement teams and attend all required technical and soft skill trainings. Continuously adopt process improvements and take on additional activities to build personal and professional skills as part of the Canada audit engagement team.
