Associate 1 - GTA

Associate 1 role performing external audits aligned with PCAOB standards; assist in conducting risk assessments through technology discussions with clients, identify control gaps, and evaluate design/operating effectiveness of IT controls (GITCs and ITACs) relevant to Internal Controls over Financial Reporting. Participate in SOC 1 and SOC 2 (including SOC 2+ HITRUST SSAE18) assessments per AICPA attestation standards. Develop professionally through audit conceptual trainings and industry knowledge initiatives, contribute to strategic initiatives and CSR programs, and manage client allocations with flexibility in working arrangements. Provide coaching to junior team members and assist senior team members in reviewing audit workpapers per the KPMG Audit Methodology. Identify IT audit findings and communicate with senior management and clients; maintain effective collaboration with GTA engagement leads and onshore stakeholders through project deliverables.
