Assocate Engineer, Process Engineering (F7 Clean Tech)

Job Summary
Perform 12-hour shift duties to support silicon wafer production in the module and ensure process integrity for machines used in 300mm fab production. Assist Engineers in qualification and fine-tuning of production processes; troubleshoot process-related issues to minimize lots on hold. Monitor and improve qualified processes using SPC and other statistical tools. Coordinate with specialists to ensure efficient work to meet module objectives and strictly follow SOPs. Assist in implementing process improvement projects; participate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality. Work with QA on internal audits; maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in the production area; safeguard tools and equipment belonging to the module.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics and Microelectronics Engineering
