Job Summary
Entry-level Associate Workforce Planning Consultant to support the external workforce program: day-to-day administration, data accuracy, stakeholder support, and process documentation; includes contractor workforce activities, onboarding/offboarding, SAP Fieldglass updates, data reporting on headcount, suppliers, and metrics; respond to routine inquiries from hiring managers and suppliers; build and maintain documentation, trackers, and standard operating procedures; ideal candidate has experience in operations/HR/procurement/data support, strong Excel and communication skills, and is comfortable learning new systems (SAP Fieldglass, Power BI, SharePoint); responsibilities span data quality, audits, and cross-functional collaboration for workforce planning initiatives.
