Job Summary
Assoc. VP, Construction Project Delivery leads the full project lifecycle for construction initiatives, coordinating with internal/external stakeholders (clients, contractors, vendors, regulatory bodies) to ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met. Responsible for defining and monitoring KPIs/OKRs, driving strategic plans, mentoring the PM team, and promoting continuous improvement. Emphasizes risk mitigation, budget and quality adherence, cross-functional collaboration, and development of training programs to enhance team capabilities in construction project management.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
- Certification and Licensing: Refer to department description for applicable certification requirements
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience required
