Respond to client and Field Engineering member requests, creating, validating, and tracking service tickets within the Unisys Dispatch Field Force Management system. Book client appointments, access service arrangements, coordinate essential parts, and monitor service level agreements while communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure a fluid process. Maintain call center operations and comply with Global Field Operations practices and policies. Assist with special projects as assigned. This role supports Unisys' mission to power breakthroughs for leading organizations through cloud, AI, digital workplace, and enterprise computing solutions.
