Job Summary
Supports the lead teacher in an Early Learning Center to provide a nurturing, developmentally appropriate, and inclusive learning environment for young children. Requires an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or active matriculation toward the degree with completion within 2 years of hire) and 1–2 years of experience, CPR and First Aid within three months of hire, and strong communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative, safety-conscious setting. Onsite, full-time position (40 hours) at 789 Central Avenue with a focus on delivering high-quality early childhood education and upholding ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or actively matriculating toward Associate Degree with completion within 2 years of hire
- CPR and First Aid within three months of hire
- 1 to 2 years of experience in early childhood education
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Adherence to Ethical Conduct Code of the National Association for the Education of Young Children
