Job Summary
The Associate Store Manager will partner with the General Manager to ensure sales and operational goals are met, while managing store procedures such as inventory and cash control. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, training, and developing store associates, managing performance through feedback and appraisals, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key qualifications include 2-3 years of management experience, effective leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in retail performance management.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years management experience
- Proven ability to manage staff to meet and exceed sales
- Ability to identify, train, develop, and retain talent
- Ability to execute multiple tasks and manage changing priorities
- Physical ability to operate POS system and lift up to 75 pounds
