Job Summary
Associate Product Manager will own end-to-end product lifecycle and influence real product decisions, driving initiatives to align with marketing and sales strategies, and assist in developing business cases with market analysis, competitive landscape, and financial projections for NPD projects. The role requires proactive engagement with customers and stakeholders to uncover unmet needs, support new product development from concept through commercialization, collaborate across functions (R&D, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing), map clinical workflows and opportunities, monitor portfolio performance with metrics, and build data-driven insights to guide product strategy and roadmap. The position offers hybrid work options and a compensation package including base salary and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering preferred
- Demonstrated track record of high achievement through education, internships, professional experience, or other relevant experience
- Experience in business analysis, data analysis, market research, or related disciplines is a plus
