Job Summary
Radiology Call Center Representative coordinates and schedules radiology exams within a high-volume healthcare contact center, handling 65–75+ inbound calls daily, verifying patient information including demographics and insurance, and maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA and OSHA. Responsibilities include scheduling accurately and efficiently, managing scheduling/work queues, communicating clearly with patients, participating in required trainings, and ensuring adherence to administrative policies to support quality patient care. Experience with Epic or similar EMR systems is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Prior experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
