Assoc Nurse Manager Enterprise Float Pool

Assist the Nurse Manager in evaluating staff, developing unit standards of care, and monitoring competencies while actively coaching team members and demonstrating effective communication. Manage resource allocation to ensure equitable work distribution, facilitate patient throughput improvements, and collaborate on resolving operational, budgetary, and personnel issues. Participate in developing patient care protocols, guidelines, and strategic initiatives within a fast-paced environment requiring critical thinking and decisive judgment. Requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, state RN licensure, current BLS/CPR certification, and three years of clinical experience in critical care, surgery, OR, ED, or women and infants. Full-time, 80-hour days at UCHealth Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO.
