Assoc Mgr Manufacturing Technical Trades

Coordinate daily skilled-trades work by assigning tasks, organizing priorities, and ensuring technicians have required tools and instructions. Oversee maintenance, repair, and calibration activities while guiding troubleshooting within established methods and escalating cross-line issues to the Associate Manager. Plan and adjust daily work schedules based on production needs, technical priorities, and staffing availability to maintain on-time execution. Investigate routine equipment or process issues by evaluating symptoms, applying known solutions, and recommending corrective actions. Communicate status and emerging risks to leaders and peers to ensure alignment across operations, maintenance, and engineering.
