Job Summary
Assoc Manufacturing Engineer at Mattel China Toys Mfg— lead development activities, translate concepts to defined products, manage projects, and resolve technical issues. Responsibilities include 3D printing project execution, liaising with related departments to ensure manufacturability and on-time delivery, and driving product/process innovations for cost and quality improvements. Requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering; 2+ years in toy/manufacturing engineering; proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD); strong English reading/writing and communication skills; and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Locality: Dongguan, Guangdong, China (in-person).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial Engineering
- Over 2 years relevant experience in industry field; manufacturing plant working experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills to work with leaders throughout the company
- Good knowledge in SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, etc.
- Good English skills in reading & writing is necessary
