Job Summary
Lead and supervise the Sales Operations team, guiding end-to-end management of RFPs, tenders, and contract processes while coordinating across functions. Drive process improvements, analyze sales performance, and develop strategic initiatives to enhance commercial excellence. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders; lead quality control of proposals and contracts; develop team members and optimize workflows to support timely delivery of high-quality proposals within a matrix, global organization. Requires a Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) and 3-5 years in sales operations or similar roles, with strong CRM (Salesforce) and analytical skills, plus experience in project management and contract management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Masters Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or similar role
- Strong knowledge of RFP/tender administration and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills advantageous
