Job Summary
Assocation HR Shared Services Associate responsible for proactively monitoring, analyzing, and reporting operational metrics across service channels to support leadership decision-making; aligning demand with workforce capacity through forecasting, scheduling, and workforce planning; generating data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation and mitigate capacity risks; managing intraday adjustments and preparing clear, actionable reports for internal stakeholders and leadership; requires English fluency and strong Excel skills for KPI dashboards and performance analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in operational analytics, workforce planning, scheduling, or reporting roles
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level required)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and translate data into insights
- Experience working with KPIs and operational dashboards
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to leadership
