Job Summary
Assoc, Hlth Sfty drives and maintains Otis' occupational safety and health management system, including contractor management, evaluations, and trainings. The role delivers results-oriented objectives and action plans, analyzes safety data, conducts incident investigations and emergency drills, plans regular environmental measurements, manages safety/health projects, promotes safety culture, coordinates cross-departmental work, and conducts site/site inspections. Requires certification at least at the OHS Level 2 (乙級) or higher; a master's degree in occupational safety/environmental engineering is preferred; ISO45001 lead auditor certification is advantageous; 3+ years of SH&E experience in Class I enterprises and 3+ years ISO management-system experience; TOEIC 700+ is listed as a qualification. Based in Otis Taiwan, Banqiao District, New Taipei City, Taiwan.
Required Qualifications
- 具乙級職業安全衛生管理技術士或以上
- 具ISO45001主導稽核員資格佳
- 三年以上第一類事業單位職業安全衛生工作經驗
- 參與ISO管理系統運作3年以上經驗
