Job Summary
Field-based Associate/Director-level Medical Marketing role focused on shaping brand strategy through field insights from KOLs and customers. Responsibilities include Advisory Board execution, speaker bureau management, field-based market research, cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing, development of regional engagement plans for KOLs and patients, and execution of marketing initiatives from concept to delivery. Requires strong communication, scientific acumen, regulatory/compliance awareness, and ability to translate field insights into data-driven program enhancements. Supports regional and national brand programs, patient ambassador activities, and speaker trainings with emphasis on physician and patient engagement in neuropsychiatric and related therapeutic areas.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in marketing, business, health policy, scientific or related field AND 10+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing and sales strongly preferred OR Master's degree AND 8+ years of similar experience preferred
