Job Summary
Lead and oversee smaller, lower complexity Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) projects by obtaining knowledge and experience in the Equipment Planning process. Work closely with the Equipment Planning project team, technical teams, and stakeholders to assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Prioritize a variety of duties and take initiative to solve problems with little or no assistance while interacting with all levels of staff and management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) years of project coordinating experience
- One (1) year of direct project oversight experience
- Experience in a hospital setting
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications
- Familiarity with Smartsheets
- Familiarity with commonly used software applications required for equipment planning
- Demonstrated ability to interact and interface with all levels of staff and management
- Demonstrated ability to speak in public and conduct presentations
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize a variety of duties
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, and solve problems with little or no assistance
- Experience working in a team setting
- Masters Degree
