Assoc Engineer Process Engineering (Jul 2026 Recruitment Drive)

Perform 12-hour shift duties to support silicon wafer production in the module and ensure process integrity for machines in 200mm/300mm fabs. Assist engineers in process qualification and fine-tuning while troubleshooting issues to minimize lot downtime. Monitor and improve qualified processes using SPC tools, coordinate with specialists to meet module objectives, and participate in QIT programs to enhance productivity and output quality. Work with QA on internal audits, implement process improvement projects, and maintain good housekeeping with strict adherence to SOPs and safety practices. Requires a diploma in relevant engineering fields and minimum one year of experience.
