Job Summary
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Troubleshooting of wafer fabrication equipment to ensure module goals are met; follow SOP and CAS per specification and maintain proper upkeep of support tools. Work 12-hour rotating shifts to support production, maintain equipment readiness and safe operations, keep the production floor and related areas well organized, and ensure safe custody of tools and equipment. Participate in module improvement activities, provide accurate pass-down of line issues and documentation, and adhere to EHSS policies and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering with 1 to 2 years working experience in Electrical / Electronics industry
- Good Team Player, truthful, logical and responsible attitude
- Self-motivated, meticulous, disciplined and able to support overtime
