Job Summary
Associate Designer for POP display packaging design. Role supports design, project management, and manufacturing teams in developing structural spec packages for POP displays, creating clear pack-out and assembly instructions in Illustrator and ArtiosCAD, cutting white samples on Kongsberg tables, assembling mockups with wide-format printers, and managing samples/packaging shipments. Emphasizes hands-on execution, organization of project materials, collaboration with designers, and exposure to the turnkey design-to-manufacturing process. Requires 3D visualization, proficiency in Illustrator (and Photoshop), familiarity with InDesign, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative work ethic.
Required Qualifications
- Related experience in a creative, technical, or production-focused setting is a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with InDesign & Photoshop
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
