Job Summary
Senior Project Manager serves as the Project Lead and primary sponsor contact; accountable for the overall delivery of the project (quality, time, cost) and for communicating customer expectations to the project team. Leads cross-functional delivery across multi-service, multi/region/country scopes, mentoring others and contributing to process improvements while ensuring compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in cross-functional project management
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP regulatory guidelines
- Strong financial acumen and budget management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to mentor and drive process improvements
- Proficiency with project management tools and systems (CTMS, Clarity, etc.)
