Job Summary
Own the enterprise master data vision, roadmap, and governance strategy while partnering with business leaders to define data priorities and establish stewardship models. Lead delivery of enterprise data initiatives including data governance, migration, and transformation programs across Pharmaceutical Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Clinical organizations. Govern enterprise SAP data domains, define standards for data creation and quality, and drive platform stability for SAP MDG and related data platforms. Establish KPIs for operational performance and lead cross-functional teams including Data Stewards, Architects, and System Integrators. Report to the Sr. Director, IT ERP PDM and serve as the Product Owner for enterprise-wide capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP, master data, governance, or enterprise data management experience
- master's degree with 8+ years of related experience
- Deep expertise in SAP MDG and enterprise data governance frameworks
- Experience with Material Master, Business Partner, Product Master, Data Stewardship, Data Quality, and Segmentation
- Experience leading enterprise-wide data transformation programs
- Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes and master data dependencies
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and product ownership experience
