Job Summary
Oversee operations for multiple clinical office locations across Hillsborough and Pasco counties, managing an annual budget up to $35 million and a staff of up to 100 full-time equivalents. Direct labor management, coordinate staffing schedules, and handle payroll for assigned departments while ensuring quality of care and regulatory compliance. Lead strategic goal development, process improvement initiatives, and facility maintenance, including creating work tickets for maintenance and identifying safety hazards. Manage provider onboarding, resolve escalated patient complaints, and collaborate with physicians and administration on interdepartmental projects. Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Located at 2150 Via Bella Blvd, Land O' Lakes, FL, with additional travel opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a healthcare, business or related field
- Four (4) years of directly related work experience
- Two (2) years of health care experience
- One year in a lead or supervisory role
- Master's Degree in a healthcare business or related field
- Successful completion of the FMCOH Residency Program
- Effective working knowledge of healthcare financial management
- Effective working knowledge of operations
- Effective working knowledge of strategy
