Collaborate with physicians and leadership to develop strategic goals, monitor productivity targets, and resolve escalated patient complaints. Coordinate staffing schedules, manage payroll, and address facility maintenance issues while implementing new IT solutions to enhance efficiency. Handle correspondence with external partners and represent the organization in community relations and service line initiatives.
