Job Summary
Lead HIV product marketing from pre-launch to post-launch, driving launch readiness, pricing, customer engagement, and an integrated brand plan. Develop and execute the strategic marketing plan for a new product, collaborating with Medical, GAMA, and international teams to drive Sotatercept launch excellence in China. Facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions to identify target segments, determine brand positioning, and populate Brand Plan Insights. Support IFT deployment, brand P&L planning, and team readiness training; execute IBP/IAP and track ROI. Build and maintain relationships with key customer accounts and market influencers; develop and coach direct reports while managing budget and brand performance metrics. Preference for experience in biotech/pharmaceutical marketing and HIV; strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills; English proficiency required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Experience launching new products in biotech/pharma
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets/P&L
- English proficiency in speaking and writing
