Job Summary
Identify key stakeholders, milestones, and deliverables to initiate projects, then scope incoming initiatives and determine necessary resources. Drive all approved sign projects forward using print project management software, creating timelines, managing assets, and adjusting project lifecycles as needed. Schedule meetings to engage stakeholders, coordinate final art handoffs to print partners, and assist in approving printer proofs. Work collaboratively daily to resolve obstacles and ensure timely completion of visual solutions that meet strategic business goals. This full-time onsite role in Bentonville, AR requires 3-5 years of project management experience in e-commerce or retail, proficiency with Workfront and SmartSheets, and a salary range of $45K-$55K.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years as a Project Manager, Coordinator, or in a related role managing cross-functional teams
- 3-5 years in an e-commerce environment
- Experience with Workfront
- Experience with SmartSheets
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
