Job Summary
Assoc Clinical Specialist CST at Medtronic with a hybrid/flexwork setup in San Juan, PR. The role provides on-site education and consulting to support sales and customer service objectives, partners with sales to develop and execute plans within one or more business units, and serves as a technical resource to support the sale of a specific medical product or solution. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 1 year of clinical education/medical devices experience, and a valid Radiologic Technologist license as applicable. Strong customer service, collaboration with Clinical Lead/Management and Regional Sales, and the ability to identify growth opportunities are essential. Sponsorship is offered only at Principal level and above; US work authorization is required for roles below Principal level. The position emphasizes healthcare technology, product awareness, and educational support to ensure reliable outcomes for Medtronic customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- One year of work experience in clinical education, medical devices, or CST procedures
- Valid Radiologic Technologist license (as required by state/local regulations)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong work ethic to accomplish objectives
- Experience with Microsoft tools (intermediate-advanced English)
- Healthcare or medical devices industry experience is advantageous
