Job Summary

Provide continuous training and education for Fujifilm's ES equipment to regional customers, serving as the primary clinical resource for the sales team. Deliver post-sale, face-to-face support by inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining video towers and endoscopy systems while managing repair transactions. Conduct root cause analysis to minimize future repairs, develop workflows for efficiency, and present weekly and monthly reports on installation metrics and training effectiveness. Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain customer data for database integration. Travel up to 50% of the time to attend trade shows and support additional customers within the zone.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs
  • Close Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards
  • Ability to stand, talk, and hear
  • Occasional (up to 50%) travel
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 vaccine mandates if issued by federal, state, or local government
  • Willingness to test for the COVID-19 virus periodically
  • Willingness to wear a face covering indoors as required
  • Knowledge of and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy
  • Experience in advanced therapeutic procedures
  • Ability to troubleshoot all Fujifilm endo equipment and determine root cause of issues
  • Ability to analyze data to present data driven insights
  • Ability to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize customer requirements
  • Ability to present information in front of small groups of people
  • Ability to understand basic mathematical requirements for discount calculation
  • Ability to operate a computer effectively and efficiently, including being proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Outlook and other email applications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to relay technical information and to professionally communicate with internal and external customers and team members at all levels
  • Decision-making skills to determine usage of FUJIFILM equipment and type of training needed by customers to effectively utilize the technology
  • Ability to provide expert guidance, training, and support to ensure workflow optimization for Fujifilm and our customers
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and design workflows to improve efficiency and reduce overall repairs using own judgement
  • Ability to serve as primary point of contact for understanding repair history, conducting root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues, and implementing plans to minimize repairs and prevent future handling damages
  • Ability to develop and deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to senior management that details installation and usage progress/metrics, staff training needs and effectiveness of completed training, and identifying trends to inform and strengthen KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationships that support strategic decision making
  • Ability to monitor, report, and support repair transactions
  • Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all Fujifilm equipment
  • Ability to set up and support Fujifilm video tower / system
  • Ability to deliver post sale, face-to-face client support
  • Ability to provide continuous training and education of Fujifilm's equipment and/or services for our regional based customers
  • Ability to provide on-site, hands-on client support for Fujifilm Endoscopy's entire product catalog for assigned customers
  • Ability to partner with and provide training to all members of the customer's staff, including physicians, reprocessing department, technicians, and nurses to independently manage and maintain customers' Fujifilm equipment
  • Ability to provide service to additional customers within the zone as required
  • Ability to serve as the primary clinical resource for the Company and its sales team regionally and handle all related inquiries and issues
  • Ability to independently provide customer support of Fujifilm's ES equipment in the Endoscopy department and/or specified departments
  • Ability to manage all relevant equipment and use its own judgement and decision-making skills to provide troubleshooting and training for the proper handling of our equipment
  • Ability to comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements
  • Ability to comply with applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements
  • Ability to comply with all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards
  • Ability to adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience
  • Experience in advanced therapeutic procedures highly preferred
