Job Summary
Associate Clinical Data Team Lead II responsible for assisting as a lead data manager on multiple projects, coordinating data cleaning, study setup, and database closeout. May co-lead or support with limited oversight; develops and delivers study-specific training to junior staff; mentors teammates; coordinates data cleaning tasks to ensure quality and timely project deliverables; contributes to database specifications, build, and user acceptance testing; prepares project status reports for management and clients; forecasts hours and identifies resource needs, while adhering to CDM guidelines and regulatory SOPs. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and ~2 years of relevant experience; strong English communication; ability to maintain confidentiality and travel domestically and internationally; primarily office-based with some travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a relevant role
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to apply knowledge in a regulated environment with SOPs and client expectations
- Ability to train and direct junior team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage timelines and adapt to project demands
- Experience with data management activities such as study setup, data cleaning, database closeout, and related tasks
