Job Summary
Assoc BioServices Project Manager serves as the primary contact for external customers, ensuring exceptional customer service while upholding IQVIA scientific standards. Responsible for overseeing projects through all phases, including method development, validation, and sample analysis; act as Principal Investigator for GLP studies; coordinate with Technical Writing and QA; review validation and bioanalytical reports; maintain customer communications with daily updates; manage project scheduling, resource planning, and data review for regulatory compliance and scientific quality; collaborate with business development for quotes; ensure archival of projects per SOP; comply with Good Clinical and Good Laboratory Practices. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field and at least 3 years of related GLP laboratory experience, with strong communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Scientific field
- 3 years’ related experience
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience in GLP laboratory environment
- Ability to achieve results through collaborative efforts with others
- Understanding of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry or in vitro and immunoassay techniques
- Experience in sample extraction and routine laboratory procedures
- Understanding of method development and validation of assays
- Ability to interact with external and internal clients, and work to objectives/timelines
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to follow verbally communicated procedures
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
