Job Summary
Build and maintain communication with central government stakeholders including the National Healthcare Security Administration and related agencies. Monitor the timeline, principles, and policies of NRDL adjustment to enlist key products and drive the listing program as a coordinator. Provide policy consultation on central reimbursement reforms and support the company's strategy for new products and projects. Initiate and design reimbursement policy research projects with associations to communicate value recommendations to the government. This role requires at least eight years of healthcare market access experience and fluency in English. Required Qualifications
- Solid work experience in the healthcare industry, at least 8 years of experience in market access
- Extensive experience in NRDL adjustment
- Strong policy sensitivity and strategic thinking
- Fluent in speaking and writing English
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
