Job Summary
Assistive Technology Support Staff monitors client dashboards and responds to alerts to ensure safety and proper functioning of assistive technology systems; reviews client assessments, ISP plans, and parameter guidelines; documents all interactions to Medicaid standards; communicates urgent issues to designated contacts; collaborates with team members to ensure seamless service delivery; maintains attendance and performs additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience or basic knowledge working with individuals in the developmental disabilities (DD) field preferred
