Job Summary
Conduct developmental and differential diagnostics for neuroses, learning disorders, and behavioral issues in children, adolescents, and families. Deliver individual, group, and family psychotherapy while documenting reports and interpreting psychodiagnostic test results. Provide supervision to schools and institutions, collaborating interdisciplinarily with teachers, doctors, and other specialists under team leadership. The role requires a Master in Clinical Psychology with 150 hours of theory and 70 hours of clinical experience, ideally focusing on giftedness. Start employment in September or upon agreement. ZfB+ offers a flexible salary model combining a base rate with variable compensation, alongside weekly supervision, internships, and continued education in areas such as giftedness, autism, and depression. The center operates as an interdisciplinary hub for research, treatment, and training within a flat hierarchy.
Required Qualifications
- Master in klinischer Psychologie (Anerkennung PsyKo bei ausländischen Diplomen)
- Psychotherapie-Weiterbildung mit 150 Std. Theorie und 70 Selbsterfahrung absolviert
- Erfahrung/Interesse in Entwicklungspsychopathologie
- Erfahrung/Interesse in therapeutischer Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
- Erfahrung/Interesse mit deren Familien und Lehrpersonen
