Job Summary
Conduct lead qualification and cold outreach to convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Build and manage email campaigns while supporting the creation and execution of broader marketing initiatives. Maintain CRM systems and lead lists, preparing qualified contacts for the sales team. Requires structured, reliable work habits and strong German language skills in both spoken and written forms. Experience with CRM tools or marketing processes is advantageous.
