Assistente/Técnico de Projetos (Varejo)

Develop technical retail construction projects, ensuring quality, legal compliance, and adherence to established deadlines. Execute project approval coordination, reconcile externally developed projects with suppliers while managing associated costs, and control project revisions to verify compatibility. Verify client demands regarding service conditions and required materials, developing projects in strict conformity with client standards. Support the works, licensing, finance, and other areas for project and system updates, while monitoring legal execution requirements and applicable environmental operational controls. Requires an Architecture and Urbanism degree in progress; retail project management experience preferred.
