Job Summary
Analyze battery condition, identify defects, perform pole cleaning, and verify electrical characteristics per UNQ3908 standards. Check alternator voltage against battery performance, test motors for leakage current, and validate warranty claim criteria on client cards. Log service interactions in the online warranty system, generate service or warranty reports, and replace defective batteries with recharging and factory submission. Submit new and replacement battery records to logistics and factory for analysis. Requires technical training in mechanics or electrical systems, a Class A/AB driver's license, and proficiency with PPE. Full-time role in Bonsucesso/RJ with health, dental, and meal benefits.
