Distribute and control operational activities while monitoring field teams to ensure daily schedule compliance. Manage service generation, client email priorities, and order fulfillment to meet SLAs, handling cancellations and rescheduling. Support technical staff and partners, oversee material and tool inventory, and coordinate between field teams, supervision, and support areas for incident resolution. Adhere to operational procedures, safety, and quality standards. Requires high school diploma, Office skills, and availability for weekend shifts and holidays.
