Conduct individual and collective social assistance with students, families, and the school community to identify social demands impacting academic performance. Establish partnerships with social, health, and child protection services to ensure integral student needs are met. Mediate conflicts among students, families, and the school community while promoting peace and harmonious coexistence. Provide guidance and support regarding social vulnerabilities to overcome barriers to learning. Collaborate on inclusive policies and practices, ensuring educational rights for all students, particularly those in social vulnerability. Produce social reports, assessments, and opinions that inform pedagogical actions and intersectoral interventions. Identify and intervene in cases of domestic violence, sexual abuse, bullying, and other forms of violence affecting students, contacting competent authorities when necessary. Participate in drafting and revising the school's Political-Pedagogical Project to integrate social and community actions with pedagogical practices. Contribute to implementing public policies promoting social equality and combating educational inequalities. Engage in continuous training programs to maintain qualification for emerging community demands. Requires a graduation in Social Service recognized by the MEC and CRESS registration in the 8th region.
