Job Summary
Capture and recruit labor for construction projects by managing internal and external job postings, organizing hiring events, and screening resumes. Schedule interviews, coordinate with leadership and on-site teams, and maintain accurate records in recruitment systems. Process admission documentation, track candidate progress, and monitor recruitment metrics and productivity indicators. Support new hire integration and participate in retention and training initiatives for the workforce.
