Job Summary
Manage administrative support for the Parts Sales team by ensuring accurate proposal issuance, meeting deadlines, and delivering a reliable experience for clients and internal areas. Execute order implementations, create and manage tasks within the C4C system, and track return processes to guarantee timely resolutions. Provide support for open Dispute Cases, assist with Centerar and other Customer Center processes, and analyze the order portfolio to deliver deadline information to customers. This role is based in Barueri/SP, with a potential move to Sorocaba/SP in 2027. The position is exclusively for People with Disabilities (PcD).
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Engenharia, Administração de Empresas, Marketing ou correlatas
- Boa comunicação: habilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas internas
- Atuação em Barueri/SP
- (Previsão de mudança para a região de Sorocaba/SP em 2027.)
