Conduct customer service and execute operational processes for the telephone department, handling all client touchpoints. Persuade customers on perfume sales and offer Riachuelo cards, financial services, and products. Execute operational processes including cleaning and organizing the perfume department while meeting established targets. Requires high school completion, weekend and holiday availability, and knowledge of beauty and watch sales. Full schedule availability is essential.
