Organize payments by inserting requisitions into SAP, entering invoices, calculating allocations, and contacting suppliers. Register new vendors and support the separation and shipping of point-of-sale materials, gifts, and kits. Track shipments with Logistics regarding weighing, dispatch, and tax invoice issuance. Assist in analysis by updating databases and generating recurring reports. Monitor merchandising agencies and create photo books. Manage general administrative tasks for the area. Work full-time from 08:00 to 17:30, Monday through Friday, with bank hours available.
