Register service protocols for all client interactions, process order modifications including cancellations and store lookups, and manage payment adjustments for contracts or cash. Monitor and validate orders against receipts, track package numbers, and contact clients regarding missed deliveries or address errors. Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, email, and Teams communications while supporting the Call Center team and coordinating with branches for PIP orders. Complete high school education.
