Job Summary
Conduct daily HR data tabulation for process indicators and support the organization of climate surveys and performance evaluations. Execute motivational actions for professional appreciation and strengthen organizational culture. Coordinate technical visits across units and assist in creating, reviewing, and monitoring job descriptions aligned with SESMT and DP requirements. Support logistics for courses and training sessions, including the preparation of didactic materials and equipment, while requesting necessary resources through specific systems. Perform other activities inherent to HR subsystems, ensuring all tasks meet E-social prerequisites.
Required Qualifications
- Superior completo em: Gestão de Pessoas/RH ou afins.
- Experiência na função.
- Conhecimento e vivência com: Gestão de Pessoas, Departamento Pessoal e Ações de Endomarketing.
- Disponibilidade de horário.
