Support the Head of Marketing with administrative routines, reception of merchants, and planning, execution, and control of shopping campaigns and events. Manage contracts, budgets, and accounts payable while seeking partnerships to bring actions to the mall. Produce reports and presentations, track customer service records, analyze customer flow and sales, monitor social media, and oversee CRM. Graduation in progress or preferably complete in Marketing, Administration, Journalism, or Advertising and Propaganda is required, along with intermediate Office skills and knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
