Assist the post-sales area with administrative activities, including answering phones, transferring calls, and recording messages. Manage client and supplier registrations, verify and regularize invoices for expenses and suppliers by entering data into SAP and NBS systems. Support colleagues by orienting them on departmental processes to resolve issues quickly. Organize service orders, invoices, and inventory management while maintaining process standardization. Control EPIs, office supplies, and other requisitions. Assist in generating CRM reports on active and inactive clients for management analysis. Support warranty claim processes by gathering documentation, tracking submissions, and coordinating approvals with manufacturers.
