Coordinate daily logistics operations by scheduling vehicle assignments, monitoring fleet production, and tracking driver attendance to prevent operational disruptions. Conduct vehicle inspections using checklists to identify safety issues, manage work orders for maintenance, and ensure all equipment meets safety standards before deployment. Execute daily closing procedures by transferring information from previous shifts, updating spreadsheets with trip data, CMVM protocols, and invoices, and processing overtime requests for accurate billing. Manage driver and operator schedules, including shift planning, leave allocation, and daily clock-in/out data entry into the appropriate system. Monitor vehicle locations via tracking systems, respond to client collection requests, and issue collection orders to the nearest drivers. Generate daily reports on delivery status, freight costs, and driver reimbursements based on onboard logs and traffic regulations.
