Job Summary
Prepare samples, solutions, and calibration curves; analyze samples and reporting results with supervision; prepare standards and reagents. Assist with preventive maintenance procedures, result validations, and sample delivery requests. Organize the work area, communicate sample anomalies, and manage standard, reagent, and consumible controls. Enter analysis delivery dates into myLIMS and assist with waste disposal. This role supports the global ALS team, which leverages scientific testing and data-driven insights to build a healthier future across 70 countries.
Required Qualifications
- Citizen or Permanent Resident of the country you are applying for, or either hold or be able to obtain, a valid working visa
- Prepare samples, solutions and calibration curves
- Analyze samples and analysis results
- Report analysis results (with supervision)
- Prepare standards and reagents
- Assist in the preparation of calibration curves
- Assist in preventive procedures
- Assist in result validations
- Request delivery and return of samples
- Communicate sample anomalies
