Conduct recruitment, development, and training support by assisting in the creation of conditions for employee growth. Manage recruitment, selection, quality, training, compensation, and communication policies through document drafting, implementation, and maintenance. Filter resumes and screen candidates against job profiles while organizing internal and external HR campaigns and events. Work 100% on-site with a preference for candidates in the Food and Beverage sector.
